Site conditions:

After the bulk material is crushed to the required size of 30mm by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the material is sent to the main grinding chamber of the MTW175Z Euro Mill by the belt conveyor in a uniform and quantitative manner for grinding. Under the action of the impeller of the separator, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the qualified materials enter the cyclone powder collector through the air inclined chute for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device as the finished powder. The whole process is a closed circuit system and operates under positive and negative pressure, equipped with a pulse dust collector, making the production site clean and tidy.

At the time of the performance acceptance of the entire production line, the crushing system had a capacity of 60 tonnes per hour and the grinding system had a capacity of 15 tonnes per hour, with all indicators meeting our initial technical agreement.
