Tibet Lhasa River Pebble Sand Production EPC Project
The client, Lhasa City Investment, is a state-owned enterprise wholly owned by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and has participated in more than half of the local municipal projects, road and bridge construction and property development projects, with strong financial resources and rich experience. The project is located in the Dazi Industrial Park and covers an area of 170,000m2. It is a new type of stone processing plant that integrates environmental protection, energy saving and high production, and most of the stone produced will be used by its commercial mixing station.

Site situation, raw materials through the F5X1860 bar vibrating feeder into the C6X145 jaw crusher primary crushing, which ≤ 200mm material through the feed bar separating screen, directly transported to the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen for screening water washing treatment, the raw materials in the finished sand screening water washing directly into the far sand finished bin. After the material ≥200mm is crushed by jaw crusher, it enters the lump stone buffer bin together with 5~200mm material. When the pressure is high, it can be returned to the lump stone buffer bin), and then into the HST315H2 fine crushing cone crusher and S5X2760-2 vibrating screen screening to form a closed circuit cycle. The ≤40mm semi-finished mix enters the semi-finished buffer bin, where it is shaped by the VSI6X1263 vertical impact crusher and then sieved and graded by the S5X2760-3 vibrating screen. In addition, the finished material is washed to ensure the quality of the finished material, while the sludge water produced is recycled into the sewage treatment system through the fine sand recovery device.
