The MW Ring Roll Micro Powder Mill (Medium Speed Micro Powder Mill) is a new machine designed for ultra-fine powder processing based on the development trend and demand of the domestic mill market, drawing on modern grinding technology. It is mainly suitable for calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, talc and other non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 6%.

The complete set of MW Ring Roll Micro Powder Mill (Medium Speed Micro Powder Mill) includes: hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, mainframe, powder separator, diffusive double cyclone powder collector, pulse dust collector, high pressure fan and muffler. The main machine motor drives the main shaft and each layer of turntable through the reducer, and the turntable drives dozens of ring rollers to roll and rotate in the grinding ring raceway through the column pin. The material is crushed into small particles by the crusher and then sent into the storage bin by the hoist, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder sends the material evenly to the middle of the upper turntable, the material is scattered to the round periphery under the action of centrifugal force and falls into the rolling path of the grinding ring to be crushed by the ring roller stamping, rolling and grinding. After the third layer of crushing, the coarse powder is brought into the powder selector. The rotating worm wheel in the powder selector produces a worm flow that causes the coarse particles to fall back to the re-mill, while the fine powder enters the cyclone collector with the airflow and is discharged by the discharge valve at the lower part of the machine as the finished product.

[Optimised working mode]: The introduction of an intelligent module enables the machine to be self-adjusting and self-adapting, thus optimising the working mode of the machine and making it easier to operate.
