C6X Series Jaw Crusher

The C6X Series Jaw Crusher consists of a frame assembly, jaw mounting assembly, jaw section assembly, wheel assembly, adjusting device assembly, drive tensioning assembly, foot mounting assembly, feed hopper (optional) and protective cover (optional). The C6X Series Jaw Crusher is normally powered by an electric motor, which is fed to the pulley through the SPC belt, and the pulley drives the eccentric shaft to drive the moving jaw body to swing backwards and forwards. When the moving jaw plate moves close to the fixed jaw plate, the volume of the crushing chamber decreases and the material in the crushing chamber is squeezed or chopped.

Optimisation of the crushing chamber structure The crushing chamber has been repeatedly optimised, the actual feed size has been increased, and with the large stroke and steep elbow plate inclination design, the stroke at the bottom of the crushing chamber is larger, the material throughput capacity is stronger and the crushing efficiency is greatly improved. Detachable and weld-free frame: The frame is designed with separate side walls and front and rear walls, replacing the welded frame with bolted fixing, avoiding the stress concentration problems caused by welding and making the structure more compact and reliable. Double wedge adjustment device: The wedge adjustment replaces the pad type discharge opening adjustment and can be equipped with mechanical or hydraulic adjustment as required, making the discharge opening adjustment operation simpler, less time consuming and safer. Elastic limit shock absorbers: The use of elastic limit blocks and rubber damping devices instead of rigid foot connections effectively absorbs the peak vibration load, thus reducing the mutual impact between the crusher and the foundation, reducing fatigue damage to the foundation while increasing the service life of the crusher. Integrated motor base: The integrated motor base, which is fixed to the crusher, saves installation space; the pin-hinged belt tensioning solution makes the power transmission more stable and the adjustment more convenient. Good materials for fine processing: Key components such as the front wall, rear wall, moving jaw body and bearing housing are made of alloy cast steel; the spindle is made of forged materials with higher comprehensive mechanical properties to resist high impact loads; international brand bearings and couplings such as SKF, FAG and KTR are used; the large side plate, front wall plate and rear wall plate are all machined by gantry CNC milling.
