T130X Enhanced Superfine Mill is a new product innovated and designed on the basis of the original patented product TGM Super Pressure Trapezium Mill based on market research and customers' opinions. It is suitable for metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining and other fields, and is suitable for grinding various non-flammable and explosive materials with humidity below 6%.

The main part of the T130X superfine mill consists of the main machine, reducer, analyzer, fan, bypass collector, maintenance platform and electric control cabinet; the auxiliary part consists of jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, storage bin, etc. The powder after grinding rises with the airflow of the fan and is graded by the analyzer. The powder that meets the fineness enters the bypass collector with the airflow through the pipe to be separated and collected, and the finished powder is discharged by the powder valve. The entire airflow system is a negative pressure closed cycle, the airflow is drawn into the centrifugal induced draft fan by the return air pipe at the upper end of the bypass powder collector, thus ensuring the environmental protection and hygiene of the production site.

[High precision and high strength]: The soft connection between the centre body and the seat avoids the impact of vibration in the grinding chamber on the centre body and the analyser and improves the analysis accuracy. The machine base made of high strength, anti-vibration cracked ductile iron, has good impact resistance. [High output and low energy consumption]: The analyser uses high-density blades, which reduces airflow resistance and increases the fineness and output of the powder selection. Frequency-controlled analysis machine, more accurate regulation, more energy saving and high degree of automation. [Stable and reliable]: The advantages of the domestic imitation German Flanders reducer are fully utilised to improve the stability of the equipment. The main machine and reducer adopt elastic sleeve column pin coupling, which improves the reliability of the equipment. The reducer and the motor adopt a triangular belt to transmit power, which facilitates overload protection. [Improved powder collection efficiency]: The bypass powder collector adopts the same resistance scheme, avoiding the different power output of the two powder collectors, and the two discharge ports of the powder collector are in the same straight line with the dust collector discharge port, which is convenient to collect the micro powder particles centrally and improve the efficiency of powder collection.
