LUM series ultra-fine vertical mill is a new type of ultra-fine grinding equipment designed and developed by Liming Heavy Industry based on 30 years of experience in R&D and manufacturing of four generations of mills, based on LM vertical mill and the introduction of modern ultra-fine vertical mill grinding roller technology, which can be widely used in calcite, marble, limestone, heavy calcium, talc, barite, dolomite and other non-metallic minerals ultra-fine grinding processing, and is the ideal equipment for large-scale non-metallic ore powder making scale plant construction.

LUM ultra-fine vertical mill is mainly composed of motor, reducer, grinding roller device, grinding disk device, pressurizing device, powder selector, machine body and oil station. The main motor drives the rotation of the mill through the reducer, while the wind enters the mill through the air inlet, and the material falls in the middle of the mill through the spiral feeder downcomer. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves evenly from the middle to the edge of the mill, and when it passes through the grinding roller channel area on the mill, it is crushed by the grinding roller, and the large piece of material is directly crushed, and the fine grain material is squeezed to form a material bed for intergranular crushing. The crushed material continues to move to the edge of the grinding plate until it is taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while the larger granular material falls back to the grinding plate to continue to crush, the material in the airflow passes through the upper separator, under the action of the rotor blades, the coarse particles return to the grinding plate, qualified fine powder with the airflow out of the mill, collected by the system's powder collector, the collected powder is the ultra-fine vertical grinding of product. Iron and other debris mixed into the material with the movement of the material to the edge of the grinding plate, due to its own weight and can not be blown up by the wind, fell to the lower cavity of the mill is installed in the bottom of the grinding plate scraper scraping into the slag discharge mouth out of the machine.

【Special grinding roller liner:】 The grinding curve of the roller sleeve and liner plate specially designed to realize the principle of ultra-fine grinding, when used for ultra-fine powder grinding, it is easier to form a material layer than ordinary vertical mills, making the mill grind to the required fineness in one go. 【Adopting multi-head powder separator:】 Adopting the principle of multi-head powder separator, and each rotor can be frequency-controlled, the fineness of the finished product can be achieved within the selected range, so that it can be graded without secondary air selection and without the existence of the lower product. 【Pre-compaction device for material layer:】 Pre-compaction device can ensure that the grinding part can "eat the material" more effectively, so as to achieve a very fine grinding; ultra-fine vertical mill vibration is small, the power can be effectively played. 【Pump and suction lubrication method:】 The grinding roller lubrication adopts a separate lubrication station, and the single grinding roller circuit adopts a double pump pump and suction working mode at the same time, which can not only make the grinding roller bearings get sufficient lubrication and cooling, but also ensure that the oil will not be stored in the grinding roller bearing chamber too much, which will lead to leakage. 【Intelligent grinding roller pressurization control:】 Adopting PLC/DCS automatic control of grinding roller pressurization control, grinding pressure is accurately controlled and no manual operation is required. It is also equipped with mechanical limiting device and electronic limiting device to prevent direct contact between the roller sleeve and the grinding disk liner, which avoids destructive shock and severe vibration.
