The Super Pressure Trapezium Mill is a new type of energy-saving high-fine powder making equipment with trapezoidal working surface, flexible connection and linked pressure boosting of grinding rollers. It is mainly used in metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, mining, highway, water conservancy and hydropower, refractory materials, steel and other industries, suitable for grinding various non-flammable and explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9 and humidity below 10%.

The Super Pressure Trapezium Mill consists of a main machine, a high density powder separator, connecting pipes, a centrifugal induced draft fan, a square box bag dust collector, a crusher, a dustpan elevator, a storage hopper, an electromagnetic vibrating feeder and an electric control cabinet. After the jaw crusher crushes the bulk material to the required size, the material is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then the electromagnetic vibrating feeder feeds the material into the grinding chamber of the main machine in an even and continuous manner. Under the action of the impeller of the powder selector, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone powder collector with the airflow for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device as finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return duct at the upper end of the cyclone collector. The system is a closed circuit system and operates under positive and negative pressure.

[Trapezoidal working surface]: The design of the grinding roller and the grinding ring into a multi-stage stepped shape reduces the sliding speed of the material between the trapezoidal grinding roller and the grinding ring, prolongs the grinding time of the material and improves the fineness and yield of the finished product. [Balanced pressurised spring]: The balance pressure spring connects the grinding roller assembly together by means of a tie rod and a horizontally placed spring. The radial force generated avoids the wear and tear on the main shaft and bearings when large pieces of material enter the grinding chamber, increasing the service life of the equipment. [Flexible connection]: The main machine and the separator are softly connected, the damping spring and sealing belt not only reduce the vibration and noise of the equipment, but also avoid the resonance between the main machine and the separator. [High density and high precision impeller]: The powder separator adopts a high density and high precision impeller device, with high efficiency of powder selection and fineness of the finished product can be adjusted at will, to meet the needs of different applications of users, one machine is multi-purpose. [Quick adjustment device]: When the grinding roller and the grinding ring reach a certain amount of wear, by adjusting the length of the high pressure spring, the constant grinding pressure between the grinding roller and the grinding ring can be maintained, thus ensuring a stable output and fineness.
