LM vertical roller mill is an energy-saving mill equipment combined with mature vertical grinding technology, successful foreign experience and our technological innovation and upgrade. It integrates crushing, drying, grinding, classifying and conveying, and can be widely used in cement, electric power, metallurgy, chemical and non-metallic mining industries, and focuses on the three major fields of non-metallic ore, coal powder and slag.

LM series vertical mill is mainly composed of grinding roller assembly, grinding disc assembly, hydraulic station, transmission arm assembly, powder selector, main reducer, motor, body, main reducer lubrication station, hydraulic station, PLC electric control cabinet and other parts. When working, the main motor drives the grinding disc through the reducer, while the hot air enters the body of the vertical mill from the air inlet, and the material falls in the middle of the grinding disc from the lower material outlet. The crushed material continues to move towards the edge of the grinding disc until it is taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while the larger granular material falls back onto the grinding disc and continues to be crushed. Iron and other debris mixed into the material with the movement of the material to the edge of the grinding plate, due to its own weight and can not be blown up by the wind, fell to the lower cavity of the mill was installed in the bottom of the grinding plate scraper scraping into the slag discharge mouth out of the machine.

All-in-one design, multi-purpose machine: It can be used for crushing, drying, grinding, classifying and conveying, with a compact layout and small footprint. Multiple initiatives to save operating costs: The grinding roller is directly crushed on the grinding disc, reducing energy consumption; the hot air directly contacts the material inside the mill, resulting in a strong drying capacity and saving a dryer; the grinding roller sleeve is used to avoid direct contact between the grinding roller and the grinding disc, reducing wear and tear; the grinding roller sleeve can be used on the opposite side, doubling the service life. High efficiency and precision: By means of hydraulic pressurisation, the size of the grinding force can be increased, thus increasing the output and improving the grinding efficiency; according to the different particle size requirements of the finished product, the powder selector adopts the cage type powder selector and the conical rotor powder selector respectively, with high precision in powder selection. Low dust and noise pollution: The whole machine works under sealed and negative pressure, no dust spillage; with limit device to avoid destructive impact and vibration noise; transmission system adopts planetary gear reducer, low noise.
