The client is a trading company specializing in the sale of construction materials such as sand and gravel materials for construction and recycled inorganic mixes. The project is located in Beijing, the political and cultural center of China. The purpose of the project is to resourcefully utilize the abandoned and seemingly useless construction waste and process it into sand and gravel aggregates required for aerated bricks and water stabilization materials, etc. The MC crawler crushing and screening plant, an international brand represented by the group company, is selected.

Site Situation.
The equipment selected is I44R Impact Crusher Crawler Mobile Crushing Plant, equipped with screening and regrinding system, which can complete the crushing and screening of construction solid waste in one machine. The raw materials are processed by the feeder, impact crusher, vibrating screen and regrind belt to produce high quality finished aggregate.
