Structure principle, LM vertical mill is mainly composed of powder selector, grinding roller device, grinding disk device, pressurizing device, reducer, motor, shell, thin oil lubrication station, hydraulic station and other parts.
Lithium Ore Vertical Mill
The working principle is that the motor drives the reducer to drive the rotation of the grinding disc, and the materials to be ground are fed into the center of the rotating grinding disc by the wind-lock feeding equipment. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the periphery of the grinding disc and enters the grinding roller path. Under the action of the pressure of the grinding rollers, the material is crushed by extrusion, grinding and shearing.
At the same time, hot air is ejected from the wind ring around the grinding disc at high speed and evenly, and the material after grinding is blown up by the high speed airflow at the wind ring, which on the one hand blows the coarse material back to the grinding disc for regrinding, and on the other hand dries the suspended material, and the fine powder is brought into the separator by the hot air for classification.
The qualified fine powder comes out of the mill with the airflow and is collected by the dust collection equipment as the product, while the unqualified coarse powder falls back to the grinding plate under the action of the separator blade and is reground together with the newly fed material. In this way, the whole process of grinding is completed.
