Desulfurization limestone production process, qualified limestone lump material is sent into the raw material hopper through the forklift, and enters the belt machine at the bottom through the manual insert valve, and is conveyed to the vertical mill through the elevator. The material falls into the center of the mill from the feed inlet, and under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves evenly from the center to the edge of the mill, and when it passes through the grinding roller channel area on the mill, it is crushed by the grinding roller, and the large pieces of material are directly crushed, and the fine particles are squeezed to form a material bed for intergranular grinding. The ground material continues to move to the edge of the grinding disc until it is taken away by the strong airflow at the wind ring, while the larger granular material falls back to the grinding disc for further grinding. When the material in the air flow passes through the upper analyzer, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc under the action of the analyzer, and the qualified fine powder comes out of the mill with the air flow. The fine powder with qualified fineness comes out of the mill into the pulse dust collector and enters the bin pump for conveying through the lock wind valve between the bottom discharge ports. The iron and other debris mixed with the material will not be blown up by the wind due to its own weight when it moves to the edge of the grinding disc and falls into the lower chamber of the mill and is discharged out of the machine through the slag discharge port.
