Overhaul slag mill working principle:
The crushed raw materials that meet the requirements are transported to the main mill for pulverization in a uniform, quantitative and continuous manner through the belt-type variable frequency feeder. After grinding, the materials are transported to the powder selector by the fan airflow to classify them. Under the action of the analyzer, the materials that do not meet the fineness requirements will fall into the grinding room and regrind them. And the material that meets the standard will enter into the cyclone powder collector with the airflow through the pipe to separate and collect it, and then discharged through the discharge device, which is the finished powder. The sorted air flows into the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. This device adopts positive and negative two kinds of pressure, and adopts pulse type dust removal, which has good environmental friendliness.
