The principle of dry production process of talcum powder is as follows: talc block - coarse crushing - drying - medium crushing - fine grinding (Raymond mill) - ultra-fine grinding (ultra-fine grinding) - cyclone aggregate - packaging. The fineness of the final product can reach 500-5000 mesh (d97=30-5um).
The first stage: crushing
Talc bulk material is crushed by crusher to the feeding fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
The second stage: grinding
The crushed talc small pieces of material are sent to the bin by elevator, and then fed into the grinding chamber of the mill by vibrating feeder for grinding evenly and quantitatively.

The third stage: classification
The material after grinding is classified by the powder selector, and the unqualified powder is classified by the powder selector and returned to the host machine for regrinding.
The fourth stage: powder collection
The powder that meets the fineness is separated and collected with the airflow through the pipe into the dust collector, and the collected finished powder is sent to the finished product silo through the discharge port by the conveying device, and then packaged by the unified powder loading tanker or automatic baler.
